How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the fact that CCSR Hair Bows are 100% handmade and in very high demand, orders can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to fulfill.  From there, shipping within the US is generally 2-3 business days and 6-10 business days internationally. For orders including strictly jewelry or accessories (excluding CCSR Hair Bows) processing time is very fast and usually ships out within 1-3 business days.  If you have any special requests, please email info@cottoncandysugarrush.com.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for store credit within 60 days of purchase.  CCSR Hair Bow color changes and size upgrades are also accepted once the original merchandise is returned.  Please email info@cottoncandysugarrush.com for further details.

Where are you located?

We are located in a suburb outside the Sacramento Valley in California, USA.  All handmade products are made in-house, with love.

How should I care for my CCSR Hair Bow?

The CCSR Hair Bow is delicate in nature due to the fact that the product is MADE OF HAIR!  Although the hair bows are very sturdy (you could drop it down a flight of stairs and it would not come apart) the worst threat to the hair bows are SNAGS.  If something becomes  stuck on the hair, or snagged, the hairs can pull and mess up the smoothness of the product. If this occurs, gently insert your finger into the fold of the hair and smooth the hair back towards the felt petal.  If any hairs become loose or detached from the rest of the bow, you can snip them off but BE CAREFUL not to snip any other part of the hair bow.

These bows are not made to last forever but with gentle care, they can last a very long time.  Please store in a bag or box away from items that could obstruct the hair.
